Paul has worked as an SAP consultant since 1997. He has delivered numerous training sessions, spoken at major SAP conferences around the world and written 2 bestselling SAP books.

Having identified an imbalance in SAP consulting over the past decades, Paul founded ERPfixers to help clients access quality, skilled and immediate solutions for their most pressing SAP issues.

Whitney has been with ERPfixers as a Communications Advisor since the platform's inception. Whitney brings her broad background working with various boards on governance and strategic development to her current communications work, and this includes her training as a community mediator both in the UK and the US and experience working with local media outlets.

Gary is an internationally recognized expert, speaker, and author in enterprise and corporate performance management (EPM/CPM) systems. He is the founder of Analytics-Based Performance Management LLC. He began his career in industry with a Fortune 100 company in CFO and operations roles. Then 15 years in consulting with Deloitte, KPMG, and EDS (now part of HP).

From 1997 until 2013 Gary was a Principal Consultant with SAS, a business analytics software vendor. His most recent books are Performance Management: Integrating Strategy Execution, Methodologies, Risk, and Analytics and Predictive Business Analytics.

Maggie has over 5 years of administrative, human resources and recruitment experience in the tech and startup space. Maggie has a passion for assisting in the growth of small businesses and enjoys establishing processes and procedures to improve the behind-the-scenes of a business.

Jay is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a proven track record in building, implementing and directing quality assurance principles and strategies. Jay ensures customer requirements are respected and drives performance testing for new products and features. Jay also has experience training other employees in regard to quality assurance issues.

Mark has worked remotely for over 20 years in both business development and account management positions. Mark’s main expertise is in B2B sales, email marketing and lead generation. Mark currently resides in Texas but has lived in Colorado for more than 35 years.

Away from work, Mark enjoys spending time with his labradors, Tatum and Willow.
