When providing support for Benefits Administration, you're often required to review configuration for support related issues. One of the quickest ways to review configuration of a given Benefit plan is to use transaction code HRBEN0009 - Benefits Plan Overview.
At a very high level, you only need to enter/select the Benefits Area and the Plan Type. Once you click the execute button, a tree with various plan related nodes is output to the screen, which you can expand. This is particularly useful for reviewing Features, and is also very helpful when researching payroll integration issues.
